Not a seperate faction yet. I will try to make it one, just need to figure out how to do that stuff. Hmmm, good question if it should attack US Forces. Maybe it would not attack US and USSR, but attack FIA as they are the "rebels".

I think so. The Overhaul mod uses times from a old Norwegian Forsvaret mod I made and I added some low effort UN items to it.
