It's probably the US Navy when they see one of these get too close to a freight ship.
Or the Royal Navy when an Argentine fisher gets too close to the Falklands.

Ya all is working beside it sounding a uaz but that's ok i saw that you where going to work on that. But it works no more crashing as soon as you turn it on.
