yeah I get what you mean, manipulating physics objects in most engines is relatively easy because the functionality for it is available for you to use so you don't really have to make it

I think a remote controlled drone would be interesting, with a like a lil tablet you can equip to pilot it

yes, a physics object has physics regardless of whether a character is inside or not

this took a very short amount of time because physics are already in the engine - my lazer took 10 times as long because there are no lazers in the engine

the problem with those is performance, one 3d sniper optic already lowers your fps

in my ipad style camera I set the resolution scale to half so it doesnt but I imagine if your screen is bigger/closer to you you will need higher resolution scale so it doesnt look like roblox

Well i was thinking about the "Fire" stuff but somehow everything i come up with is highly experimental and may not work at all.

1. i was thinking if you could add a .bt to the entity with a endless loop waiting for a true to execute the "Fire" node.
   But again idk if it requires a AIAgent or if it can get triggered by an entity also no clue if you can just add a .bt to an entity.
2. would be to kinda fake an agent/character by inheritate from any of those classes.
   If you could somehow make it use a .bt it would be a big step to the "Fire" node.
   Also i guess you would be okay to have it fire point blank for the beginning in this case it wouldn't even require any of the "CharacterAim" stuff from the .bt.

Think about it. Any PvP server that has this will automatically have a different play style. Avoiding drones at all cost while trying to successfully operate your own. if it does release and there isn't weapons, the scouting ability of it will be above anything else

Ground attack craft is much more suited to the game

updated the workshop mod with changes to the "flight model" - physics are smoothed out so the steering is less sharp and you can glide without thrust for a while and have smoother landings, added leaning controls to move nose left and right (Q and E for PC, no idea on xbox)

Had a big brain idea, this might work.

Attach some form of weapon that fires a single shot so it could be something like a single 40mm. Make the said weapon invisible and facing down. There can be a small inventory that can hold maybe like one more.
