Revolution RPG is an atypical roleplaying gamemode in Arma. It focuses on light (but still high quality and most importantly fun) roleplay, allowing as much creativity as possible, fast progression, endgame and lots of PvP action. Another important aspect of Revolution RPG is that it returns the control of the game back to players: e.g. leaders ingame are voted by the players instead of being selected by server admins. It's planned to become open source sooner or later. The goal of the project is to bring back the Arma 2 style and mindset of RPG/Life gameplay with vastly improved feature set. It's not a server, it's a project that's going to be shared with the community. I'm just not sure whether to make it open source while still heavily WIP or not (any suggestions?). Also I like to avoid calling it Life because the project differs quite a lot from traditional Life servers, as it has almost opposite goals to most of the current Life servers. I hope this cleared things out 🙂

well the guidelines of this channel are as you can see on screenshot (and probably seen when you were writing this), and I fail to see any presentation of your gamemode other than saying "hey I'm makinga gamemode that is better than anything else, join the discord server". So this doesn't clear anything tbh

I got permission to publish this post from an admin before publishing it. Screenshots will be available as soon as possible, but it's hard to take picture of game mechanics 😅

When it comes to "better than anything else", no, the project is not "better" but different like the post states. If you like realism and/or heavier roleplay, the current Life servers are probably better option for you. This project just aims for Arma 2 style RP gameplay that's quite different from the current paradigm in Arma 3.
