Rectangle outline around title

Hello I wish to create a rectangle outline around my title. On Reddit someone told me to use the "show" function but right now all I am able to do with the show function is to change the colour of my title. Here is roughly how I would like the title to look like.

Do you use level 1 headings to make a title or do you have a title function?

if you use level 1 headings, you can use show rules as they work on elements. for example:
