#Add and indicate shortcuts for actions

There are a lot of useful shortcuts, like ctrl+Z to undo and ctrl+F to replace, and while those are fairly known, it would be nice to have an indication that those can be used in the editor.

I propose showing the hotkeys for such actions to the right of "file", "edit", and other context menus.

Some actions that don't have shortcuts (for example creating new file) should have them.

Alternative solution would be to add an action palette where user can search for actions they need and will see shortcuts for them. In perfect world, it would be nice to have both command palette and tips in context menus.

In future it would be nice to be able to change hotkeys, so every user would be able to use the app according to their personal preferences. This will improve accessibility and possibly the general user experience for people with alternative keyboard layouts.
