Hello everyone!

I was curious if we as the players would ever be able to have the character customization to be ( Werewolves, Ghosts, robots, clown) In game?

I figure for the customization unlock if we'd be able to do that is to bring one of the above creatures into our town to unlock that customization. ( Robot npc gives us the Robot head/outfit) But something such a ghost I can see being harder to implement due to their lack of legs.

But I think it would be neat to customize a werewolf, ghost, clown, robot in-game.

Clothing customization on character model.

Accessories ( Hat / Glasses) not being able to color them. Is it possible in future updates to be able to color the glasses and hat accessories to match our outfit or would that be an unchangeable feature?

The main reason you can't yet change your player "species" is due to the many conflicts with other bits of character art. For example, a robot head is a much different shape; glasses and hats and beards and hair... they all don't work with this head shape. The head also conforms to the robot torso; if you put it on a human torso (any of the other clothing types for torso), then it clips and visually looks strange. Each species has similar (but bespoke) conflicts.

Agreed it'd be neat! But I don't see a good way to resolve the problems without either spending a year on it, or removing all other customisation options if you choose a different species.

Now... having said all that, it's not an absolute "no" answer, I just don't want to get your hopes up -- there could be some inbetween solution still. I've put it on my little 'to research' list 🙂

re: coloring of hat/glasses etc -- It's likely we'll redesign how coloring is applied to the player and mascots now that we have the colour selector interface. I'm not yet sure how this'll work, but it's on our radar!
