The docs talk about AGENTS.md for context in my project:

Loaded at startup (system prompt)
but there's also an AGENTS.md which is a whole different thing:
/usr/local/lib/hermes-agent/AGENTS.md
In the first case, should I locate AGENTS.md under /root/.hermes/
