I just downloaded hermes and its awesome but keep getting hit with api errors, even though I have both API credits and a subscription. Below is my debug output

There is an outage on the Nous endpoint.

Every single API call to https://inference-api.nousresearch.com/v1 fails with Connection error across all models (z-ai/glm-5.1, qwen/qwen3.6-35b-a3b). This is not a model issue — it's a network/connectivity issue.

Cause: The server cannot establish a TCP/TLS connection to the Nous inference API. This is likely one of:

Firewall or proxy blocking outbound HTTPS to inference-api.nousresearch.com
DNS resolution failure for that domain
Nous API outage or the endpoint URL changed
Systemd/network namespace isolation — the gateway runs under systemd user session which may have restricted network access
