My agents rarely uses skills or I explicitly tell it to use a skill, sometimes it doesn’t or just one skills then gets tunnel vision

I need one concrete repro to separate “the model chose poorly” from “Hermes did not expose/load the skill correctly.”
Please send:
the exact prompt you gave Hermes
the skill name you expected it to use
whether the skill is built-in or in ~/.hermes/skills
a hermes debug share captured right after that run
Screenshots of the model saying it should have used a skill are useful context, but the logs are what show whether the skill was discovered, included, loaded, skipped, or just ignored by the model.
