Having the same issue
if your account page already shows the free plan and credits, then you should be eligible
when this happens it’s usually more of a browser/session issue than a billing issue, so i’d try:
- open the verify link in the same browser/profile where portal already shows you logged in
- disable popup/ad blockers for the portal tab
- hard refresh or reopen the verify link after logging into portal
- if you have multiple portal tabs/accounts open, close them and retry with just one clean session
if it still loops after that, then yeah, something is likely off on the portal/device-verify side
I'll go ahead and mention@tidal raptor here for visibility (if you have known portal issue fixes/workarounds for this, that'd be great).
