is really disappointing to finally get the Leopard ship and find there's a weird blue tint on the dark brown beams on the sides of the ship. I don't think this was intended, as the bottom and stern of the ship is the correct Dark Brown wood color.

The odd blue-purple might be deliberate as the historical paint scheme for Leopard would make it very similar to Anson. Devs probably didn't want there to be cases of the Leo and Anson being mistaken for each other, since they'd look similar enough at a distance

I find that hard to believe though, because the stern and the base layer is "proper" brown. Only the side beams. Also if you look at the Media for the ship, its definately meant to be dark brown.
thinking about that again, you might be right. But if it is, it was an after thought, perhaps they had similar idea, and instead of a uniform color we get this weird blue/purple shading over the brown, with a weird curved border where we see the proper brown. lol Just recolor it a solid color?
The looks of the ship was really the only reason to grind it rather then use the poltava. Its like a 20+mil ship.. make it look nice >.>
