Why is there a team rank where they can not see guild members? There are two ranks where guild members can not see another member on the map. Why? What part of team work is not seeing team mates on the same team? Please FIx

What's the point of a rank if it's the same as all the others?
Maybe you don't want day 1 recruits to have real time location information for guys patrolling inside the circle.
If you want them to see locations then you promote them.

I’m fine with certain ranks denying visual aid of everyone on the map. If someone joins and is brand new, they’re trusted enough to be part of the team but they have to prove themselves within the team to prove they are supporting the team. Otherwise what’s stopping an enemy pirate guild from sending a mole to be rank 1 and leak exact locations of guild members making it rather unfun for them since they’re likely getting ambushed at every corner.

Not even that but being able to loot from your ports. There should be more customise to tanks in my opinion.
