Hello! We are researchers at UCLA interested in studying various aspects of self-disclosure to AI, specifically social companion AI.

We would specifically like to get an idea of whether ChatGPT users would be willing to share their social interaction chat logs spanning the timeframe of a couple consecutive days (up to a week) for compensation of a $15 gift card. For chat logs of a non-social interaction nature, participant compensation might range from $5-10. If willing, participants that share their social chat logs might then be further interviewed on their relationship with ChatGPT for further financial compensation. Would people be willing to participate, and does this compensation rate seem fair? Thank you!
