You've gotta be precise, even so, if you have a code and you need it to change a space between e.g. "+" and ":" it often cannot do that, so that's often up to the writer of a prompt.
My message wasn't posted or aome DC bug appeared. You have to specify your request: "Do only the following: remove any "center" html tag from this attached html website (or in whatever form you posted it).
Sometimes adding: "do nothing else" makes it even harder for ChatGPT to comprehend it and it adds it's own things, so asking it with a positive prompt is often enough.
