Has there been any acknowledgement or fixes sent for 4o repeating wrong info, ignoring key parts of the prompt, and coming up with random stuff? I use 4 legacy for coding and similar tasks because 4o just doesn't cut it. i've been given wrong info more ofthen than right with 4o.
