It's in PDF format and it has read many PDFs in the past without a problem. Even if it's improperly formatted it was able to read every PDF.

If it's too large I'd be given that prompt. But it's saying it cannot recognise the text files.

I have uploaded files with texts, images, graphs without a problem. I might have to enable OCR?
