@cursive glade some days back I was facing extreme low storage issues in my dell laptop's C drive which was becoming full even after removing multiple softwares. I downloaded and installed TreeSize to check which folders took most storage and found that out of 220 GB, 51 GB was taken by Dell folder which had many files and its understandable because it stores backups for system restore, but most surprising was a single file of 23 GB called "pagefile.sys". I watched some YT videos about it, it went in advanced system settings and reduced the max size of pagefile.sys to 5 GB. This significantly increased the free space in my C drive. before there was just 2 MB free and then it became 79 GB free because some dell files also got removed somehow. That was 3 days ago. Now its showing 60 GB free but I didnt install any new software. I think its expanding the Dell folder or maybe other reasons. Why did it come down so quickly from 79 GB free to 60 GB free meaning occupying 19 more GBs in just 2-3 days?
