I have encountered this very issue trying to scrape web data. I just explained to chatGPT that this data was strictly for personal use, it would not be distributed, and that it was only to gather publicly-available data. That instantly got it to start attempting to gather the data without any further complaints about privacy issues

also this would might fit better in #📝prompt-engineering 🙂
