Guys, it seems the Perplexity are AGAIN being dishonest about the context window. If you have a thread that's let's say 50k tokens, if you export the thread it will only export 32k token max. But if you ask the model what the first query or question was, you'll see that it's capped at 20k. I've tried every model and this is the case. What's worse is that they've claimed 128k context for reasoning models and 32k for non-reasoning models and it's almost half the advertised amount (or almost a quarter for reasoning models). This reminds me of when they claimed 1m context window and had a whole advertising campaign about it.

Decided to give GPT-4.1 a go as the default on Android (really wish we could pick model in a nice way - it works for rewrites, why not use the same dropdown for the initial prompt and replies...).
It's nice to get the faster responsens compared to Gemini 2.5 Pro but after 2 days I have to move back to 2.5. The faster responses are great for quick prompts but it seems like I more often use longer prompts an/or more complex topics - even from the phone and GPT-4.1 simply does not cut it.

For simple questions, basic search (non-pro, which can't be selected) would be enough combined with either Sonar or GPT-4.1. But if we are already waiting for the pro search and additional sources, then using GPT-4.1 instead of Gemini 2.5 Pro to "save" a second or two just doesn't make sense, seeing how 4.1 gives worse answers in almost all cases.
