Assets not loading on SSDs

@tidal sandal and @near kiln - I have seen these errors more than a few time in relation to people having issues with assets loading in game but the game itself being installed on an SSD.

So far I have tried several things to help them out including, specifically with this issue, updating drivers, running on a clean boot and limited the framerate and turning VSync on.

I am at a loss with these, and since I have seen several people with this issue and these specific errors I thought I would bring it to your attention and hope that you guys can point us in the right direction, or bring it to the devs attention if need be.
