I can still navigate

Esc, Xbox controller B, and clicking on the close button do not work

GPU is AMD

Also important to note that I went to character creation and backed out before selecting options a second time

Can you walk me through the repro steps once more?

Start character creation
back out of it
Go to settings
Go to display?

Just replicated

#

Start out with going into graphics settings, exit out of that, go into character creation, type out the name but don't create the character, back out, open options again

And this is while the shaders are compiling
