How to paste your log:

Open your file explorer
Navigate to your Steam folder, by default, it should be in C:\Program Files.
Find the following file:
[...] \Steam\steamapps\common\Enshrouded\enshrouded.log and drag it into this window

I should state the CPU is fine to run the game, but your RAM is sitting at minimum, and your computer does seem to be using a lot of it before the game loads. The real problem here though, is that you have an integrated laptop GPU that doesn't meet the specifications to run the game, and no upgrade to it.
