Is this what happens from far away or does it look like that when you approach them as well?

As I approach them, they load in and go to their normal textures

But we were never able to see the entire world "loaded" before

Does this happen on every game or just this world?

I have two worlds, it's happening on both.

But my friend is ALSO seeing this, so i don't think it's something like my graphics drivers, etc

I just joined a completely random world and still see it. Then I asked my friend to do the same on a completely random world, he sees the issue as well
