Steam Cloud by default for me
i tried to deactivate it but then i have no more saves ^^ so i stuck with it

There is a way to deactivate it.
You locate your save files here:
...\Steam\userdata\<YourID>\1203620\remote <- Just .zip the contents and send it my way.
Additionally, if you copy the contents and paste it to the folder C:\Users\<YourID>\Saved Games (or the equivalent in german) you can deactivate steam cloud and play saving locally

A question about your situation, did you try to repeat the quest or did you just enter the world?

i went through the dungeon first time with a friend in coop, we killed the boss without the quest active so we did not see its progression, after that we headed back to base i crafted the press and noticed the quest being stuck so i went into the dungeon a second and third time completing it solo. Did the same just after the patch about 20 minutes ago a 3rd time
should be this but there is 2 folders and i couldn't tell you whats my ID but this one is almost 1gb so i assume thats the right folder ^-^

i even have the already crafted ectoplasm press in my inventory on the screenshot ^-^

I tried playing the whole quest again after the patch and it completed for me. With your save game.
Could try playing through the quest again once more, please?

is there anything you have to do inside there? for me it just says enter the dungeon? i just take the key go in and progress to the boss, kill the big guy and loot him?
just to make sure its not user error at this point. there is alot of stuff hidden in this game but sofar all quests have been pretty straight forward.
tommorow i will try it again if it should work now. And hopefully it was just me doing something wrong this time

What I did using your save game was just
- Enter the hallowed halls normally
- pass through its sections
- entered boss arena and killed the boss
- Looted the boss
that was enough to complete the quest for me
