It has happened to me both while solo on a private world as well as on a co-op server. On the server it has happened to several of us at different times (and many times 3 or 4 of us have it at once). It does not seem to be triggered by anything I can specifically point out, but when it does happen it always manifest as a 'stretch' of the characters mid-section as if they had a cape on that stretch infinitely behind them. It can happen within a few minutes of logging in or not happen for quite a time after jumping on. Sorry I could not be of more help. And if it is of any consequence, I am running an Nvidia 4090.
So I just logged onto the co-op server and as soon as I was in game it happened. My character is wearing the 'healing' set of clothes and the stretch came from the elbow area of the left arm. Could this graphical issue be associated the with flowing movement added to the edges of some garments?
