You usually have to wait several minutes for it to fill up with water. Please check after a while again.

No I hadn’t taken water from it at all, so don’t expect it’s a refill cooldown thing. I’ll log in again and see if it’s still not working

It looks like cooldown runs only when i am near water well. When i go do something and return there is no water in well. When i stand next to well for long time then i can take water.

Ah ok, my base isn’t in the normal starting location to perhaps too far away for it to be loading in so to speak. I just removed a flame alter from the starting location so perhaps that’s had an impact as well

But i think its still bug. Water wells should produce water even when we are not next to it.
