Tested a bit more. the farmland is flatened with the rake on the main field. Every prepatch plant can grow everywhere on the field.
The new ones seem to need a little bit more soil under them. As like the object model goes a little bit deeper. So it is possible to get working with a higher field, but a little confusing tbh.
Dont know where the save is located. (sry for my english, german speaker)
