Tried creating a new user group before this latest patch, it ignores it. Only thing you can do is set a password for one of the listed user groups. When I am talking level of control, I mean adding user groups with differing permissions than what they set.

You can change the user groups, you cannot add a user group to a hosted game.

Are you editing the enshrouded_server.json, or the enshrouded_user.json?

If you are editing the enshrouded_server.json, that is for a dedicated server, not a hosted game.
