Hey there, unfortunately due to time zones I couldn't reach you - have you ended up refunding yet, or do you still have it? If you did it is completely understandable, but if you haven't, we can give it some other tries to try and find out the issue.
Hey, I've sent a refund ticket on Steam - it's still on going and cancel it. I tried so many times but nothing seemed to work unfortunately. My pc specs seem to be more or less alright and should in theory run the game without issues. I tried reinstalling twice (the second time I tried reinstalling on a different driver. Speaking of drivers, I checked and they are all up to date. I restarted my computer about 2 times and tried launching the game as administrator and through its folder directly and still has the same problem).

First off, if you have cancelled it, do you still have the files in your PC? Under the following path:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Enshrouded
could you see if you find an "Enshrouded.log" .txt file, please?
