No, it's a bog standard generic message where the only information about the actual bug report is a 5-digit number. No attachment, no subject header, nothing. Literally the only reference is a 5-digit number.
It's an automated mail from Zendesk.

When asked for your login credentials, use the "Forgot Password" option
Write the e-mail address that you gave when you submitted your bug report and confirm
You should receive an e-mail right away, allowing you to set a password for our support site
You can then login and access the above page, where your inquiries are listed.
