Hey there, is it a dedicated server? There's a chance that the server is taking a while to be patched. I'd advise having a bit more patience.

One more question... the owner of server needs to do update or it's automatic?

If it's G-Portal, Nitrado or one of those things, it might be automatic. I'm not 100% familiar with the process. If you have access to it or the owner has it, they can check if it's been updated yet.
As long as the Version from server is different from the version your client has, they won't find each other.
