yeah?
0/10 party
so can i ask what you did?
lol
having some issues with mine
i think my port forwarding is sound
so what's your JSON file config like?
i just logged onto it myself.. so it should show 1/10?
i'll refresh
its the first time ive ever set up a server before... so its been a process of figuring it out... and pulling my hair out (what little i have left lol)
same
been figuring it out bit by bit. tested my valheim to make sure it's sound
did you add any values to the IP in the JSON file?
yes i did.. i couldnt get it to populate otherwise
yeah 1/10 now
did you add a local ip or public ip?
i think this ip piece is where i'm going wrong
everything else appears sound
so... i have comcast and i used my xfinity app to access port forwarding for my gateway and assigned server machine... not sure if thats applicable to you
yeah im prettyn sure i've done the nesseccary on that side of things
then after i started the dedicated server from the .exe not from steam UI
to generate to server config

after opening the server config and naming the server and assigning the PW....
i went into command prompt and did an IP config on the server machine
i entered the IPv4 listed IP into the config file for the IP address
lol
kk
you know what...
i did that earlier and the thing kept crashing
if this works i'll be happy but also sad
damn no joy it seems 😦
