Toasted garlic butter brioche buns, 1/3lb beef patty, shredded romaine lettuce, 2 slices of American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, fresh sliced jalapeño.
Fries are russey 1/8 inch sliced on a mandolin with the wave cut and double fried.

I tried to search the internets for Pasta di Merano and it gave no results. Whatever you made here looks delicious. I was trying to figure out what exactly this is, maybe you can give some insights. The pasta seems to be sitting in some kind of soup but perhaps thats just the photo. Are those fried eggplant? Even if there is no recipe a list of ingredients would be interesting to see.
P.S. Food this tasty should not have a plastic bag behind it. Makes it feel like you got a delivery and plated it up and I'm pretty positive that is not the case.

Parmesean Truffle fries, buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and a biiiig burger.

I will warn you this method had a lot of variation (denoted by this) and yes, I turned it into a soup so you can feel free to skip that part...
Zucchini Chips:
Mandolin sliced zucchini, fried in olive oil until light brown, tossed in a bowl with salt, lemon zest, and fresh basil (cigar cut)
Pasta:
For the pasta I used penne. I toasted the pasta in the Zuchinni's used Olive oil, then cooked it as usual (al dente).
I used that same olive oil to lightly fry (low heat) red pepper and minced garlic. I mixed in the pasta to let it absorb some of that olive oil.
I killed the heat and topped it with freshly shredded Parmesan and Pecorino Romano and added some pasta water to make it creamy
For wanting to be healthy I threw in finely minced spinach because ✨✨fiber✨✨
Soup Variation:
It is a rich dish standalone, so I added a broth to make it lighter
For the broth, I used warm chicken stock, nonfat greek yogurt (for light creaminess), and lemon juice (since the acidity helps me digest the richness easier)
Topping:
Cigar-cut fresh basil and chili oil

Sorry, no 😄 This is a steamed omlette 😄 6 eggs, salt, peper, some mexico spice mix, you mix everything in a bowl, then slowly add some on a pan, no oil, wait a moment until the bottom cooks so you can lift it with a spatula, then add the rest on the top, lift, add water to the pan under the bottom you created and lid it. If you stove has 2-3 settings, go on low, the heat should be enough to vaporize the water but not to burn the eggs.

OOh I have been to Italy and Gelatos are GOAT imo. As I remember, traditional gelatos are less in fat content compared to ice cream. They are milk- or water based (ice cream mainly of heavy cream and/or egg yolk), but tend to be denser and warmer in comparison to ice cream, resulting in silky texture. Upon looking up, ice cream has a faster churn rate compared to gelato... The faster churn rate allows for smaller, uniform bubbles to form at micro-scale which gives ice cream a lightness to it.... whereas the slow churn (I will guess at best) produces larger bubbles which alters the texture
also here is a μm-scale image of mayonnaise... not ice cream but undergoes similar emulsion as ice cream anyways

Raclette Cheese is never looking creamy, as soon as it cools a bit. If the looks define the Appetite, one can add Asiago, Gruyere or some Vacherin, all Cheeses with higher fat Levels and therefore cremier meltiness.. If this Word even exist :)

Like 25 years ago we were collecting boysenberries as a family activity and make jam out of it. Can’t compare the unique taste of boysenberries with any other jam tho
Glass bottles and jars like that aren't designed to be heated up so they're not microwaveable or good to heat up to higher temperatures.
I'd strongly recommend you use a steamer pan or a double boiler setup to prevent the bottle from sitting directly on the pot bottom. Heating the bottle up directly can easily make it crack and break then you risk ingesting glass shards which can easily cause MAJOR problems.
A double boiler might be easiest because you just need to have a bowl where the edges sit over the top of the pot that's filled with water. Then heat the water in the pot which in turn slowly and indirectly heats the bowl. You need to put water in the bowl too get the heat to transfer. Chocolate is heated up in a double boiler so as to prevent it from getting too hot.

That reminded me of when I worked for a few different pizzerias and how I used the fryer we cooked the French fries in to cook fried dough. 1 Friday I made up a big bag and the owner came in when I went on delivery and he ate the whole frigin bag. He said they were really good and he couldn't stop eating them. When I made them I always took a small bag for myself on delivery after that.😋

It's difficult to tell once it gets coated with something. I've seen similar pictures and people have said they were fish balls. I like shrimp, not really a fan of fish though.
Came across another interesting recipe worth testing. 🤔 I copied/pasted it. It is rather quite heavy on the eggs though. I suspect it'd be similar to a flan if you've ever tried that.

@tough kestrel I grabbed a pack of mini roast potatoes from the supermarket [though you can just get new potatoes and roast them yourself] Popped them in the oven for about 50 mins at 200c. Once done I stuck them in a bowl, added a good amount of farmhouse butter a good pinch of maldon sea salt and rough mashed them with a hand masher.
also, once the steak was seared it went into the oven to finish on the same tray as the potatoes. So theres also some steak juices that went in with the taters too 😉

Beef topside, carrots, potatoes, celeriac, and red onions. Seasoned with salt, black pepper, wholegrain mustard and a bit of butter
Toasted cheese and roaster red pepper soup with onions. The cheeses I used was gouda and Muenster, added in a slice of ham on each. I took a couple of bites before I took the picture.😋😋😋

So as someone who's been behind the line in kitchens for a living for about 10 years (long ago), it's likely that one of two three things happened.
A) someone ordered or demanded a diet/gluten-free/gluten-light version of the same sandwich you ordered, and the person who packaged it didn't label the box correctly
B) one of the food prep members is a spiteful idiot taking out their bad mood on a customer.
C) one of the food prep members is zonked from tiredness, drugs or distraction so much they actually forgot the buns and nobody else cared to check and fix it
FWIW the first scenario is 90% likely by my estimate, the second scenario maybe 9% and the last scenario maybe 1% (but not zero, sadly). Either way, my consolations for you.

Eating Veggies, there is a very simple rule: Some bitter taste = healthy. The darker green = the better. Iceberg salad for example is plain shiet. Tasty, cracky, refreshing but shiet. So focus on very dark green veggies, also for soups :) And don't forget the protein ;)

Yeah, lots of introverts up here in Sea, I think the weather really supports that personality type. When it's dark and rainy for 6 months, people who are happy sitting by a fire and sipping tea/cocoa and not socializing are much happier 😝
I am "on" three to six times a year, depending on how many times my buddy hosts an art show I can get to. I like to socialize when I can A) plan ahead and prepare my mind for the work of it and B) know it will have an end time and I can leave lol.
I used to party a lot, socialize a lot, but I had a severe mental breakdown after a series of Very Bad Things about 13 years ago and haven't really had the same kinda social energy since then. But with therapy and good friends I've learned how to plan for social times and also how to tell if I need to leave or take a break or whatever. We gotta be our own stewards and guardians as much as our own friends.

Melt the butter with the chopped cilantro stems, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the strawberries, a tablespoon of cream or creamy fresh cheese, and black pepper. Cook the spaghetti, and when there’s 1 minute left, add it to the sauce along with a couple of tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Once it’s done, top with cilantro and mint.
(Add the lemon to the pasta water after using the zest and juice.) Buon appetito
