Hi there, apologies if this question has been answered a million times, but I just received a payout notification via email. But I do not see my snap crystals anywhere on my profile yet. Is this something that will unlock after a certain number of followers? Or should I expect to see it within a few days? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sometimes, it can

#

take a few days for everything to fully process

#

and reflect in your account.

#

If there are any

#

verification steps still pending,

#

that could delay things.

#

Depending on

#

the specifics of your Snap Creator account or

#

any other programs you're involved in, there

#

may be thresholds or requirements to unlock

#

certain rewards. But if you're seeing a payout

#

notification, it typically means you've reached a

#

certain milestone, so you should expect the

#

Crystals soon.

I am also stuck with crystals, why is my date of birth not changing?

@visual sky Can anyone help me?

  1. Happy Birthday Lens – “Technical Fault”
This likely stems from an asset issue, template error, or a publishing restriction. If you used a prebuilt birthday template, make sure:

You did not modify protected script nodes (like Birthday API blocks).
You did not hardcode your own birthday where Snapchat expects it to be pulled from the user.
You're not using incompatible text, images, or sounds.
Fix suggestion:

Reopen your project in Lens Studio.
Check the “Birthday” node or script. Make sure it's set to pull the viewer’s birthday, not yours.
Republish with minor tweaks (even renaming the project slightly helps).

  1. Crystals / Birthday Not Updating
This is about your Snapchat profile. If your birthday isn’t updating, here are the likely reasons:

Why Your Birthday Might Not Be Changing:

You’ve already changed it once. Snapchat only allows changing your birthday once after the account is created.
Date is locked by policy. If you've entered a date under 13 years old, features like Crystals, My AI, etc., get restricted.
There may be a backend sync issue. Logging out and back in sometimes forces an update.
Fixes to Try:

Try changing your birthday in Snapchat Settings > Birthday. If it’s locked, Snapchat won’t allow changes again.
Contact Snapchat Support here and explain you entered the wrong birthday and want to update it.

If you’d like, I can walk you through republishing the Happy Birthday lens step-by-step or help with the Lens Studio project file directly.

Would you like help debugging the lens project or contacting support about the birthday issue?
