I accidentally bound my left hand grab onto the A key so I changed it back to the Q key, now my A key makes me move and grab my holstered weapon. My perspective also changes to 1st person. It says the left hand grab and drop is bound to the Q key (and it does work when I press Q) and the perspective change says its bound to the V key (which also does as it says) but now when I press the A key I strafe left, attempt to grab or unholster with my left hand and also go int 1st person.

UPDATE:
So my issues with the left hand seem to be fixed but the A key is still mysteriously bound to first person and move left.
UPDATE 2:
I managed to fix it by rebinding the keys to a bunch of different ones, essentially swapping them over a few times until it worked again. The key bind menu definitely needs some optimising and smoothing out.
