I believe that Bosses could be reimplemented back into the game from the Demo. Use the Tourney to introduce them and have a unique Boss alongside the two guys on the last round of the Tourney.
Think of the Baron for the Lord Tourney but applied to all ranks. I would not recommend using the same bosses of course but maybe one wouldn't hurt for nostalgia's sakes.
