Yo, I'm dealing with a lot of crashes with my RX 9070 XT (weirdly enough it mostly only affects progression). My game crashes most often when loading into the Hall map or when I hit Willies on the wrong molecule.
I have 63 folders in my Crashes folder; but I have no clue what caused them all. But maybe they're still useful, I dunno.
(I'm not sending the files in any particular order because they're a little all over the place, date wise.)
