All that whole the fps is really low. It seems if you make the engine spread the load better, you'll get at least x5 performance. Good luck

i noticed the same thing, but was informed by friends that task manager isnt very good, try using the steam performance overlay

Windows and it's malware behavior hides tasks when you open task manager
