Crossbow reloading

for the most part I like it but I find my character stops moving a lot of the time while I'm reloading, the bowstring is shaky and hard to pull back, then when you finally pull it back you accidentally shoot while trying to grab an arrow

The arrows will also often phase through the person I'm shooting at point blank and sometimes the arrows shoot 5 feet from my character. Also It's basically impossible to see where you are aiming

ive had the same problem but adding to it, the bolt phases through the ground, also is there a way to fill the pouch up with bolts?
