I started a round and the blood is like a square almost, i have the settings set to epic, on dx11 i have tried 12 but still the same thing not sure how to fix it

No clue this is how mine looked I thought it was due to low graphics but apparently not

And i have just now also played the underground, cellar like map and i see no blood appear at all so this is strange to me

Apparently happens on any graphics setting
