Wrong Render GPU | Lossless Scaling | Page 1

I can't find anything that would be making my PC render with the wrong GPU, I've got it set in windows, global settings in Nvidia control panel, per game settings, all are set to the correct GPU but I'm seeing my frame gen GPU maxed out (no lsfg on) and my "render" gpu at ~30% load.

Pcie bus is maxed out, your pcie slot is too slow for the amount of FPS you're getting

Could that be a matter of swapping the two GPU's slots? Or remove an extra NVME drive that might be sharing lanes with one of the pcie slots?

What is your second slits speed and what is your resolution/FPS?

My resolution is 3440x1440 target is 144hz, second slot is pcie4.0x4
