@hallow prism - Overlays are a common culprit that lead to failure of window capture.
This leads to LS detecting a different framerate than the game outputs, oftentimes your monitors refresh rate (e.g. 144)
The most common culprits are Discord, Nvidia Shadowplay, AMD Instant Replay or even duplicated/external displays or the Windows unactivated Watermark.
If you are on Windows 11 24H2 or newer you can mostly mitigate that by just switching to the WGC Capture API in the LS settings.
