Problem/Question
Hi all, looking for suggestions relating to eGPU for temp management. Currently I have a 3080ti paired with a 3060ti and the fans are almost completely blocked off for the 3080ti. Looking to see if an eGPU would be a possible solution, potentially something like a PCIE extender or Thunderbolt expansion that would then connect into a external GPU housing.
Without the 3060ti the max temp I'd reach is around 70ish degrees which is what I'd like to maintain.
Additional question, LSFGx4 isn't recommended on anything under 60fps if I value input latency right? I've noticed increased latency when using the x4, much more than x2 (~40 to 50ms extra) even in a dual GPU setup, running games where GPU load doesn't exceed 50%.
Any help is appreciated!
TIA
