Right now lossless only works windowless and rtx hdr only works in fullscreen for games. Kinda sad to pick between frame interpolation and hdr.

the solution was to disable rtx hdr and just use autohdr using xbox bar, the other rtx filters still works in windowed

You can also use SpecialK
You can tweak its HDR to you liking, so you can get the best quality out of all the auto HDR stuff
The presets are quite good, but some games require additional tweaking. My base is always preset 2 with max brightness scaling.
