#Dual GPU gives me worse native frames on rendering GPU than before

PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5700X3D
MOBO: MSI B550 Tomahawk
RAM: 16GB
Rendering GPU: RX 7800XT
LS GPU: GTX 1660Ti
PSU: 1000W
Monitor: 144Hz

I followed the guide on the doc and info channel and I believe I followed everything correctly so far. Looks like mobo is compatible. Both GPUs fit and have enough power and I believe the 1660Ti is good enough to run LS. Connected the display to my 1660Ti. Made my default graphic in Win11 my 7800XT. Set my LS GPU to my 1660Ti (please see images).

Before the dual GPU setup my 7800XT would output 60-80fps on average natively (before LS) in Monster Hunter: Wilds. However, after a driver update for my 1660Ti I see my frames drop to 40-50 fps under the same conditions. When I turn on LS I can see a lot more artifacts because I'm running on a lower frame rate and generating to 144Hz (my current monitor refresh rate).

Just wanted to know if other people are running into similar problems and if its a driver/compatibility issue or if I'm just being dumb.

Thanks!

Found something interesting, if I disable the 1660ti from my device manager I get better natives frame like before. Left is 1660Ti disabled right is 1660Ti enabled.
