What I would hope for is a CPU usage improvement, I'm CPU bottlenecked and when Lossless uses 17% usage, and I have 10% available it stutters badly, with severe input delay, I have fiddled with settings, lower fps cap and resolution but no dice, I think a previous version had less of a performance hit, may have to find one.

% usage of CPU doesn't say anything at all. CPU are multicore and to me that only means that CPU is almost left unused. Lossless probably just uses 1 core which is nothing even when the core has 100% usage. It shouldn't be a big problem for the game.
