#Helldivers 2 capped at 50 FPS with LS

i just got LS today
I have an rtx 3050 NVIDIA . getting around 60 in lobby and around 70 fps in game. The problem is that with LS my frames are capped on 50 maybe 53...
all overlays are toggled off NVIDIA control panel, Steam overlay are all turned off.

you can find the screens of LS settings, FPS without LS enabled and WITH LS enabled.
Can someone help? thanks.
