Genshin Impact sometimes keeps stuck when I use V-SYNC option. Game still runs, I know it because I can see a preview thumbnail image from ALT-TAB or from Taskbar and sounds are still there. It never happens if it is off but if I do like that, game lags while increasing/decreasing the level of sound/brightness or when a notification from Steam or any app comes.

are you using vsync in game or in lossles scaling app?
everything seems to work proeprly using a variety of settings from my testing
dont use lsfg, it works but looks crap. and lossless scaling using ls1 works well.
you might also be facing some form of overlay issue, so get that fixed if possible
As for the lags when changing brightness/sound and Steam notifications, those are all just overlays that interfere with LS.
As for the game running, not sure
LSFG is probably the main reason 95% of people bought this app, and I'd say it actually looks pretty good. It's dependant on base framerate more than anything else
yeah its amazing but its unsuable in some games even with a base of 72 fps and using x2 to get 144 in games like rdr2 and genshin impact. the character's head/whole body just flickers and disappears
and the scaling is also helpful to get a better base framerate with little loss in visual quality with scale factors like 1.3, except again, in rdr2 it decreases my framerate for some reason. i double checked the in game resolution and its running at a lowers resolution as intended.
I actually mostly play 3rd person games like that, and I've just learned to get used to the head flickering. In my case, it's worth it.
As for the rdr2 thing, someone else had issues like that, but enabling vsync in game fixed it for some reason. Could you try that?
I had vsync enabled on both rdr2 and ls. and i tried with turning it off in rdr2 and only in ls. same result
That is strange
i dont use ls in rdr2 anyway since i get a comfortable 70 fps on average and there is not a lot of camera motions so its good enough
already disabled
it is the same when it is enabled
Try using something other than fullscreen mode if you aren't already (which case try the other one)
