I've followed all the steps, and especially the tips, i am not CPU bound, (5600X) getting 60 fps on the first descendant, The witcher 3, Destiny 2, using wgc or any other settings and all of these games still stutter, Destiny 2 does it the least. What am i doing wrong or does anyone have any suggestions? Is the stutter just normal? Using an RTX 3060 with HDR support toggled case it matters

Why WGC?

WGC works properly only if the in-game framerate is capped at 1/2 of the display refresh rate

DXGI was introduced specifically to mitigate that API's limitations

I am using 1/2 frame rate, i have also tried literally every other combination like DXGI as i stated in the post

Sorry my screen capture never works, and all cursor settings are off. Also scaling mode is set to auto

As for why i used WGC, i read it has lower latency.

I think im starting to understand, like the guide says, my frame rate has to be a SOLID 30/60 on DXGI or else it stutters.

After i kept lowering graphics settings until it was a locked 30/60 it was beautiful. Definitely need a GPU upgrade.
